It is ouzo on my strawberries for breakfast at Sheriff of AIM Towers. For Gerry Brandon who broke AIM Rules in hiding a profits warning before a placing then published fraudulent interims before his next placing the imminent demise of Deepverge (DVRG) should be the end of his AIM career. He should be in jail as £50 million invested goes up in smoke. Brandon may have “been resigned” just before Christmas but he was the architect of Deepverge’s failure.

I have already flagged how Canadian Overseas Petroleum (COPL), and Pure Gold (PUR), misled investors by hiding auditors’ warnings. Now, Mkango Resources (MKA) has joined the deceiving club. The FCA, as regulator of the Standard List, must act. I have penned the letter below to Mark Steward at the FCA, and the bogus Sheriff of AIM, Marcus Stuttard.

Cripes! This must be a record. First Sentinel was only appointed as corporate advisor to Block Commodities (BLCC), formerly the African Potash (AFPO) fraud on March 4. Today it has resigned with immediate effect meaning the shares are suspended yet again. The reason: exposes by the Sheriff of Aquis, a man whose day job is the Sheriff of AIM

Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. This is a bleak day indeed for the Weald basin, Horse Hill, and all the fools who believed Lyin’ Steve Sanderson and shameless ramper Big Dave Lenigas. The dismal results first thing, from UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) were enough to justify ouzo on my cornflakes at Sheriff of AIM towers but mid morning saw news from Angus Energy (ANGS) and its Brockham site which is disastrous for those who disseds me and believed Lyin’ Steve and Dave. It is the death knell of the shameless and morally repellent, Wield basin (bigger than Saudi Arabia) promote.

Almost out of cash, Andalas Energy (ADL) is gearing up for a bucket shop placing c/o joint bucket shop brokers Novum Securities & Optiva in the usual way: a ramptastic podcast with PR genius Steffi, 2 ramptastic RNS announcements and a ramptastic paid for podcast with Vox. The trouble is that its claims have now been directly contradicted by its partner in the North Sea Badger field, Atlantic Petroleum (see HERE). If it turns out that Andalas was making unverifiable fantasy claims, as it appears, and raises money at an artificial price on the back of that, this would be a clear case of Securities fraud. In order to stop that the shares must be suspended at once pending a statement. I have written to the fake Sheriff of AIM, Marcus Stuttard at AIM Regulation as you can see below.

For eons Cynical Bear has made one of his seven things that will never happen series, that Optibiotix (OPTI) shares would not reach 100p. As you may have twigged, they have reached and now breached, closing last night at 124p. And with a very pregnant deal pipeline so a stack of RNS's on the way, we who ignored the old Bear are feeling happy. I teased him that by way of apology he should send a bottle of ouzo to Sheriff of AIM Towers. He is a good man old Cynical Bear. Late last night, guess what arrived...

I guess the journalist smearing bastards at Citigate Dewe Rogerson might be about to lose another retainer. Their response to my probing of the financial woes of their poxy client FastJet (FJET) was to threaten and smear me. Fuck you Citigate. Now Fastjet has ‘fessed to just how grim things are. It could be tits up time by the weekend. Crack out the ouzo, let’s celebrate. I shed no tears for a company that stands by the actions of scum like Citigate. And I warned shareholders often enough what financial fate lay in store for FastJet.

No doubt our in house comments section loon Wildes will be, once again, reporting me to the FCA for this but the winner of this week's Roland "Fatty" Cornish, the worst Nomad in London, Caption Contest is the Deputy Sheriff of AIM. We asked for captions to the picture below:

I trust that you have written to the wretched bogus Sheriff of AIM, the head of the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation, Mr Marcus Stuttard demanding that Roland Fatty Cornish be struck off as a Nomad after the New World bank heist scandal? If not write now! In light of that please submit suitable captions for the picture below in the comments section. The deadline is midnight on Thursday

Just a bit of fun, unless you are moronic enough to own this AIM disaster story. Here is the one year chart for a well known stock on AIM. All you have to do is guess it. To give you a hint it is 90% of the way to reaching fundamental value.Post your entries in the comments section below. The first correct entry wins a signed Sheriff of AIM calling card.

The earlier piece on the Drummonds, Nilesh Jagatia and the Media Corp scandal needs to be read in full. What horrifies me is that it shows that AIM Regulation knew everything in July 2014 but failed to act. The Bogus Sheriff of AIM, Marcus Stuttard, should either resign on Monday morning or find out who failed to protect investors, sack him and agree to compensate anyone who has lost money in Teathers Financial (TEA) and possibly Inspirit (INSP) as well. I warn you that I use bad language in this bonus podcast as I am furious with the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation over this appalling failure.

I have landed in Kalamata and start with a look at where Greece is now. My friend John the bike man seems to have gone bust. He is not alone. There is a three-day general strike underway but the EU reckons that Greece has solved all its problems? The EU is the problem, or rather the Euro is. Then I look at why I sometimes despair of humanity and notably some of the people in the world of small caps and AIM. I am taking it easy for the summer as a result. Finally some praise for Marcus Stuttard the bogus Sheriff of AIM but then also some criticism and suggestions re African Potash (AFPO) and Ascent Resources (AST)

"Nomad Strand Hanson, Broker Mirabaud, mug punter Evil Knievil, aka Simon Cawkwell, dodgy Russians Mediotor, IR ramper John Heilshorn, we have beaten them all, we have beaten them all!. Phorm PLC, can you hear me? Phorm PLC ... your boys took a hell of a beating! Your boys took a hell of a beating!"

Readers of this website were repeatedly warned that AIM Casino listed Touchstone Gold (TGL) was a POS ahead of its July 1 2015 suspension. Today the company has been formally booted off the casino in a statement which shows what a total shambles this enterprise was. The curst of Steve Berry lasted well after his "departure"

Just a brief note to say congratulations to the Deputy Sheriff of AIM and Mrs DSOA on the birth today of their third child and first daughter. Like a Daniel Stewart placing

Oddly I had quite a lot to say in this podcast. I start on a personal note, feeling a confidence breached. I then move onto the buggers muddle at New World Oil & Gas (NEW) - really the shares must be suspended now until Wednesday. Then onto Insetco (INC) and lessons learned from a debacle we warned about and which the Deputy Sheriff of AIM covers again HERE. Finally onto the "Gary Newman rule" - his suggestion of locking in those taking part in AIM placings. I sympathise but I warn that it would kill off 400 companies on the casino. Beware of what you ask for.

Given the sheer insanity of the LSE Asylum Quindell (QPP) thread last week and forthcoming Worthington (WRN) events and the denial among Afren (AFR) shareholders the competition is back but is limited to just these three stocks. Afren is a basket case the other two are fraudulent basket cases. Update: The Deputy Sheriff of AIM insists that postings on Tern (TERN) are deranged enough to be included.

Jim Sutcliffe is the deputy chairman designate of Quindell (QPP) and is also a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and in that spirit I have written him a letter which was emailed over today. Let’s see what he says. But I pose a tough question or two for lucky Jim.

I many not be at my sharpest but I am not pulling any punches as the Quindell scandal deepens. This podcast covers Quindell, Daniel Stewart, Cenkos, KPMG, the lies, the fraud, the implosion and what the fallout will be. I also look at blinkx ( dire results & another Sheriff win), warn you about African Minerals and look at stocks on a PE of less than 1.
